Convenience store in Indonesia

Circle K
For canadiens, this brand belongs to Couche-tard. They have a lot of thing but they don’t have frozen meals or ready to eat food a part form snack like you would find in 7-eleven. But you will be able to find bread, water and sometime some thing to spread on your toast (like chocolate sprinkles and butter). These store are beautiful, yet simple.

Indomarket/Alfamarket
From what we have seen these ones are a little less well maintain but they are bigger than the Circle K’s. So if you cannot find something in the Circle K, those two are more likely to have it. Best bet for you buck.

Pepito (BALI)
It’s more like a french supermarket. It realy western in style like food and options. If you are home sick, it’s the perfect place to go. Unfortunately it’s also western price…. So you will pay a little less than the price from Canada but not by much.

Street market as always
Every where in Asia there are Street Market where you can buy pretty much anything. In Indonesia they seem to be early in the morning or later at night (They then to be close/avoid the warmest part of the day.
